Oversight & Audit Committee
The primary purpose of Oversight & Audit committee is to conduct an annual evaluation of the management of the Secretariat, execute the programs and the supervision of finances. The committee also submits the annual report to the Executive Board and present the report to the General Assembly.
Members
The Oversight & Audit Committee shall consist of three members drawn from the A-WEB membership outside the Executive Board. The members of the committee shall serve for a single term of three years.
