· Voting process
1. Present voter ID and show the left index finger.
2. Receive the ballot papers.
3. Mark with an X on the ballots.
4. Place the ballots in the ballot box
5. Sign the name on the voting list, get indelible ink on the left index finger and receive a certificate of voting.
· Counting process:
1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box one by one consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.
2. Verify and sign the tally sheets submitted to the voting center for official transmission to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal’s (TSE) National Preliminary Results Center.
