· Voting process
1. To be identified as a voter.
2. Issue six stamped ballot papers.
3. Mark the ballot papers.
4. Cast vote in ballot boxes.
5. Mark the left small finger with indelible ink.
· Counting process
1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box one by one consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.
2. The presiding officer will publicly post the announced results at a conspicuous place at the polling station.
3. Winners will be announced at the Indipendent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. (IEBC)
