· Voting process
1. Verify National ID Card -> Receive Ballots -> Mark Ballots -> Cast Ballots
2. If an elector is unable to cast his vote, he shall call the presiding officer aside and tell him to record the elector's vote.
· Counting process
1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box one by one consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.
2. The Returning Officer shall prepare a statement as to the result of the verification and shall on request allow any counting agent to copy such statement.
3. The Returning Officer shall forthwith declare to be elected the candidate for whom the majority of votes has been cast.
