 · Voting age: 18 

 - Parliamentary: Limited preferential vote

 

 · Voting process 

   1. Ensure ballot boxes are empty

   2. Check if there is ink on the voter's last finger on the left hand 
   3. Check the voters’ identification by name and paint indelible ink on voters’ last finger of the left hand
   4. Get two ballot papers, one for the local district and the other for the whole country.
   5. Write the names of three candidates upon their preferences

 · Counting process

   1. Voting papers are classified by the first priority candidates and are counted by each candidate. After closing the tally, the results of the agreed election will be recorded. Counted ballot papers will be re-examined.

   2. If a candidate wins a majority after the first tally, the winner will be confirmed. 

   3. If there is no majority of votes, the candidate at the bottom will be eliminated, and the runner-up of the voters who voted for him first will be distributed to the rest of the candidates. If this sum does not result in a majority of votes, the total shall be repeated until a majority of votes are received.
