- Local elections: multi-member majoritarian electoral systems, where voters will participate under a single non-transferable vote. Up to four seats in each constituency will be distributed to the candidates who receive the highest numbers of personal voters in the constituency
· Voting process
1. Verify national ID.
2. Enter a "plus" symbol ("+") or any other mark in the box next to the name of the party
3. Write the sequence number of the preferred candidate
4. Cast the ballot
· Counting process
1. Ballot papers are taken out and counted, verified with the number of voters marked on the voter list.
2. The results will be recorded in a protocol sheet, and copies made and signed by the members of the precinct Electoral Commission. (EC)
3. The copies are submitted to the district and national ECs and displayed for public review.
4. Tabulations of voting results are done in the district, then nationwide after the protocols have been received by the DEC and the Central Election Commission (CEC).
· Time to take to announce voting results in the country: No later than on the fifth day following the day of establishment of election results, the CEC promulgates officially the result of the elections in the newspapers Holos Ukrainy and Uriadovyy Courier.
