· Counting process
1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.
2. The figures have to be entered in the protocols and later sign the protocols and 3 copies.
3. Tabulation takes place, where the protocols are taken to the Territorial Electoral Commission (EC), the EC of the subjects of the Russian Federation and finally the Central Election Commission (CEC) for final tabulation.
