| Invitation to the 6th General Assembly meeting of A-WEB: What you need to do ASAP |

The A-WEB Secretariat, in collaboration with the National Civil Registry (RNEC) of the Republic of Colombia, the upcoming Chair of A-WEB, is pleased to inform our member EMBs that the 6th General Assembly, encompassing ALL Member EMBs, will be held on October 23, 2024, in the Republic of Colombia.
The General Assembly meeting and Democracy Week conference will
occur from October 22
to 25, 2024. Click here to access to the tentative program! The A-WEB Secretariat sent the official invitation letter,
logistics note, Guide for Applying for a Colombian Visa, and 6th GA Meeting
Registration Form to our member EMBs on July 22, 2024.
The hosts will provide accommodation, meals, and local transportation for two
representatives from each EMB from October 22 to 25 (three nights). However,
participants will be responsible for covering roundtrip international airfare,
visa fees (for Colombia and any layovers), travel insurance, and vaccination
costs.
Please inform the Secretariat at aweb131014@gmail.com of the participants as soon as possible so that the official invitation letter, including their names, can be sent to proceed with the visa issuance process. |
