The Election Management Capacity Building
Program: [Phase 2] Fostering Transparency in Political Finance is
ongoing from 21 September to 30 September 2022.
Ten election officials from Cameroon,
Kazakhstan and the Maldives are joining the ten-day virtual training program to
foster efficiency and effectiveness in conducting free, fair, transparent and
participative elections around the world.
The 2nd phase focuses on the
responsibilities of political finance enforcement bodies, effective ways to
audit received political finance reports, investigate violations and the
international norms in imposing sanctions.
Professionals in the political finance
field will provide a fruitful lecture and open the floor to participants so
that they can freely share their experiences, compare and analyze the different
