 · Voting process

   1. Register to vote

   2. Voting (Verify Voters' state-issued forms of identification -> Receive a ballot paper and a seal -> Mark and seal the ballot paper into an envelope-> Cast the ballot)

   3. Get back the voter’s identification document and sign to the voter’s name on the voter list

 

 · Counting process 

   1. BBCs review all ballots at polling stations and display them to the public.

   2. The chairman of the BBC announces the results to the public and posts a roster of results outside the polling station for one week. 

   3. All contents of the ballot boxes will then be signed, sealed and delivered to DEBs to conduct the same process in the presence of election observers. 

   4. The chairman of each DEB will deliver the results to Provincial Election Boards (PEBs). 

   5. A copy of the results will be delivered to each of the political parties and to observers of independent candidates upon request, and a copy of the results will be posted on the front door of the DEB offices for one week. 

   6. This process will be followed by each PEB and send the results to the Supreme Election Council

for announcement and finalization.
