The NEC of the Republic of Korea Holds 2022 Seoul International Forum on Elections (SIFE) -contributed by the National Election Committee of Republic of Korea-
On November 10, 2022, the National Election Commission (NEC) of the Republic of Korea hosted the Seoul International Forum on Elections (SIFE). Under the overall theme of 'Democracy, Responding to the Changing Environment,' experts and election officials delivered presentations and had fruitful discussions during the two sessions entitled ‘How to React to Election Environment Changes Caused by the Development of Digital Technology’ and ‘Challenges in Expanding Youth Participation in Politics.’ Over 150 officials from world election bodies and international organizations participated in the forum via Zoom, YouTube, and Twitter.
