The Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) of Guatemala recently informed the A-WEB Secretariat that Dra. Blanca Odilia Alfaro Guerra was appointed the President of the TSE on October 26, 2023, per Article 126 of the electoral law. The TSE Guatemala expressed the hope for sustained collaboration to strengthen Guatemala's electoral system and democracy further. |
