[Contribution from the CEC RF] Invitation to the educational project

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Russian Federation is inaugurating an educational project "Election Management: Traditions and Innovations".

 

 

The Program is an orientation course designed for future leaders of the election management bodies. It involves a series of lectures and discussions on various aspects of the organization of elections. Participants will learn about the Russian electoral system, its regulatory and technological frameworks that have advanced the process of election management to another level.

 

 

The Program will take place in Moscow from 1 to 6 October 2023. We invite one representative from an A-WEB member EMB, which meets the requirements of age between 25 and 35 years and a good working knowledge of the English language.

 

 

Expenses for travel, accommodation, meals, and internal transfers will be covered by the organizers.

 

 

Deadline for applications: 20 August 2023. The inauguration program capacity is limited to 30 people who will be selected on a competitive basis. To apply, applicants are required to provide:

 

1. Word application form and Excel application form;

 

2. a scan of a valid passport (with the remaining validity period at least 6 months remaining validity at the time of potential participation in the Program);

 

3. an official photo of the participant in JPEG or PNG format;

 

4. CV, motivation letter, letter of recommendation, list of achievements, and publications (if available).

 

 

 

The CEC Russia kindly asks you to send a scan of the completed application forms in their original formats, in addition to a scan of the application. 

 

 

All of these documents should be sent to the e-mail intdiv@cikrf.ru  no later than 20th August 2023.
