General Elections in Fiji

 

General elections were held in Fiji on 14 December 2022 to elect the 55 members of the Fijian parliament. Results from the 2071 polling stations across the country revealed that the total number of Fijians who cast their ballots on polling day was 473,910, which is 68.3 % of eligible voters, higher than general elections in 2018.

The results revealed that Fiji First Party’s vote allocation put them in the lead, followed by the People’s Alliance party, the National Federation party, and the Social Democratic Liberal party.
