The last year was filled up with constant distress and pain. Now that social distancing became a new norm, A-WEB decided to hold the 9th Executive Board Meeting in a different manner, being mindful of the situation. Instead of the usual in-person meeting, all of the Executive Board (EB) members will communicate online via document.
For this meeting, 23 agenda items are tabled with four parts: adopting the minutes from the previous 8th EB meeting, Items for Report, items for approval, and items for discussion. Each EB member will review the Agenda Items and write the comments in the given format. Once all comments are submitted, the decision will be made on whether consensus has been reached or whether items will be tabled again at the next EB meeting.
To make the meeting more transparent and participative, the Secretariate will not only share the result, but the team is also going to update and share the comments on Google Docs for all members to see: the link will be provided to all EB members. The A-WEB Secretariat will closely work with all members for any technical difficulties or any other issues or possible questions.
Key results of the meeting will be sent on 20 April and its detailed outcomes including minutes will be reported on 30 April 2021. |
