 - Presidential: elected by a simple majority vote

   1. 45 members are elected by open list proportional representation in multi-member constituencies.

   2. 26 members are elected by plurality vote in single-member constituencies.

 

 · Voting process 

   1. Visit the page www.verificate.pa where the voter will find the voting center and the number of the corresponding table.

   2. Verify the identification card -> Receive the ballots -> Mark the ballots -> Cast the ballots. 

   - For single-member positions, select with a “hook” the box that appears next to the party symbol or representative color of the candidate for free nomination.

   - For deputies in multi-member circuits, select with a hook the numbered box of the candidate of your choice. Only one candidate can mark.

   

· Counting process: 

  1. National Scrutiny Board (JNE) acts as the person in charge of counting the votes recorded in the official minutes of each table and making the official proclamation of the results. 

  2. Tribunal Electoral (TE) makes an unofficial declaration of the result of the presidential election through the Unofficial Transmission of Results (TER).
