  · Voting process 

    1. Verify National ID Card -> Mark Ballots -> Cast Ballots

    2. The secretary of the polling station applies indelible ink to the thumb of the voter’s right hand.

 

  · Counting process

    1. Before the opening of ballot boxes, unused ballots are counted and deposited in the envelopes.

    2. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box one by one consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.

    3. The BEC posts the results at the door of the electoral office. The BEC transmits a complete report to the BED.
