In the Senate, 96 members are elected by plurality vote in multi-member constituencies to serve 6-year terms and 32 members are elected through a closed-list proportional representation system to serve 6-year terms. In the Chamber of Deputies, 300 members are elected by plurality vote in single-member constituencies to serve 3-year terms and 200 members are elected through a closed-list proportional representation system to serve 3-year terms.

1. Lademanda del juicio de inconformidad deber? presentarse dentro de los cuatrod?as contados a partir del d?a siguiente de que concluya la pr?ctica de losc?mputos:

a)Distritales de la elecci?n presidencial, para impugnar los actos a que serefiere el inciso a) del p?rrafo 1 del art?culo 50 de este ordenamiento;

b)Distritales de la elecci?n de diputados por ambos principios, para impugnar losactos a que se refieren los incisos b) y c) del p?rrafo 1 del art?culo 50 deeste ordenamiento; y

c) Deentidades federativas de la elecci?n de senadores por ambos principios y deasignaci?n a la primera minor?a, para impugnar los actos a que se refieren losincisos d) y e) del p?rrafo 1 del art?culo 50 de este ordenamiento.

2.
